Matthew R. Zwick, Esquire

Matt Zwick is a founding partner of ZwickLaw. Early in his legal career, Matt gained valuable litigation experience at a prominent law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Eager to bring his developed legal skills and client-centered approach back to his hometown community, in 2015, Matt returned to DuBois, Pennsylvania, where he successfully and passionately serves and represents accident victims and injured parties navigate a daunting legal process to receive the maximum compensation they deserve.

Since returning to the “Tri-County Area,” Matt has successfully represented multiple clients in wrongful death and survival action cases in Clearfield, Jefferson, and Elk Counties.  Matt is an experienced and seasoned injury lawyer, who has recovered over $13M for his clients since the inception of ZwickLaw in 2015.  Matt is well-versed in all injury claims and cases – from professional medical malpractice, defective products, and dog attacks, to Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation claims and tractor-trailer accident casesMatt has your back.

Matt grew up in Sykesville, Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the DuBois Area High School. After college, before attending law school, Matt first served as the director of an after-school/summer program at the DuBois Area Middle School aimed at assisting the area’s at-risk youths, and then as a public school teacher with the York County Virginia School Division for three years.  Matt’s decision to go to law school was grounded in his continuing desire to help others and his commitment to improve his community.

Matt earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was recognized by The Order of the Barristers, a national law school honors society, for his outstanding oral advocacy and writing skills.

When Matt is not practicing law with his twin brother, C.J., he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.  Matt also enjoys boating, spending time at camp, and, of course, most of all …. playing fetch with his French bulldog, Jack.
